I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most beautiful things about humanity. As a licensed training instructor, birth and postpartum doula, and a Lamaze childbirth educator . I am privileged to help birthing persons and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I work with all birthing persons. I have a special interest in working towards helping families of color and other marginalized communities. I am proud to have received my certifications and offer Birth Doula care to families across the Central Pennsylvania region.

Fourth Trimester Preparation Class. (Postpartum needs, Emotional Feelings, Society challenges, Breast/Chest feeding, Healthy signs, and Warning signs of postpartum)
1 Postpartum home visit.
